I absolutely love a good sandwich during lunch. There is nothing more satisfying to me than a sandwich crunchy from vegetables and savory flavors. This bagel sandwich that Daniela likes to make will keep you full all day the right way: from positive nutrients. Looks like this will be my lunch next week, because as I write this, I cannot stop drooling over it.

Sesame & Pumpernickel Bagel
Black Pepper to taste
Toast bagel to your preference. Spread hummus on bottom half, and layer the kale, sliced tomato and sliced avocado on top. Add chopped scallions, lemon juice and black pepper to taste! If you’re a fan of spicy, you can also add either jalapeño slices or crushed red pepper, which is what I’ll be doing.
