I have the best news: my ever-neglected recipe archives is coming alive! As many of you know, my sister Daniela is finishing up her Master’s degree in integrative health. Her journey, education and experience have led her to a serious interest in functional nutrition, which focuses on sustenance through whole, real foods instead of supplements and diets.
In short, she’s excellent at taking a look at your schedule and your self-described taste-buds, and helping you determine which foods will give your body the boost it needs. While all of this is important, the reason we’re talking about this is because she also really enjoys cooking and taking every day meals to the next, healthier level.
She shares her recipes on Instagram, and now weekly, we’ll be sharing them here. I’m calling it: Eat Well Wednesdays! I’ll still do the writing, but she’s responsible for the ingredient list, directions, tips/notes and images. I’m so excited about this, and I hope you enjoy cooking and eating with us!
